How much is the application fee to apply for a grant?
Our grant application fee is $75 and includes:
Review of your application
Two tickets to attend the dinner auction event
If accepted, two tickets into the lottery process
Does submitting an application guarantee entry into the lottery process to receive a grant?
Submitting an application does not guarantee entry into the lottery process. Once an application is submitted it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors who will determine if the application is accepted or rejected based on financial need and individual circumstances.
Is the application fee refundable?
No, the application fee is non-refundable.
How will I know if my application has been approved?
Upon evaluation of the application, applicants will be notified if their application has been accepted or rejected to be placed into the lottery process at the upcoming event.
Where and when will the grants be awarded?
Grants will be awarded at two events this year. The Utah Bundled Blessings Dinner Auction (in Lindon, Utah) will take place on September 7th, 2019, and The Fourth Annual Bundled Blessings Dinner Auction (in Boise, Idaho) will take place on October 5th, 2019.
How will a recipient be chosen to receive a grant?
Grants will be awarded based on a random selection through a lottery process that will take place at the annual dinner auction event.
Do I need to attend the event to receive a grant from Bundled Blessings?
Attendance to the dinner auction event, by at least one or both individuals applying for a grant, is mandatory to receive an award.
How will the grant money be distributed after the event?
Grant money will be directly distributed to the servicing agency of the individual(s). No grants will be directly distributed to grant recipients or private parties.
Can I use the grant money to pay for any previous infertility treatments, adoption or surrogacy costs?
Grant money may only be used for subsequent infertility treatment or adoption, and may not be used to pay for debt incurred through previous treatments or adoption costs.
Are there any requirements when choosing a servicing agency for infertility treatments, adoption or surrogacy?
All grant monies must be utilized to pay for services within the United States. If seeking infertility treatments, all treatments must be completed through a SART (Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology) certified clinic. If seeking adoption or surrogacy services, funds can only be distrubuted to a servicing agency and not to an individual.
How long does the grant recipient have to utilize the grant money after the awarded date?
All grant monies must be utilized within twelve months from the date awarded. Any funds remaining at the end of the twelfth month will be deposited back into the grant pool to be awarded in the future to individuals diagnosed with infertility.
What is included in a full grant of IVF?
The IVF grant donated by Idaho for Reproductive Medicine cover the basic IVF cycle, which does not include medication for the cycle, anesthesia, and bloodwork. The grant values at approximately $8300.
