Grant Requirements

What does the $75 application fee include?

Bundled Blessings Fertility Foundation grants are funded through private and corporate sponsors throughout the year. In addition, proceeds raised at the Bundled Blessings Fertility Foundation annual dinner auction and any other fundraising events, are awarded as grants.


The number of grants awarded and the amount of

each grant will vary each year based on monies raised.  

 Grants Awarded will Include:


- Monetary cash grants: Typically awarded in the amount of $5,000.  

- IVF or IUI awarded grants through reproductive clinics.


Bundled Blessings Fertility Foundation grants are awarded to individuals who:

  • Have a medical diagnosis of infertility

  • Demonstrate financial need


What demonstrates financial need? 

  • Combined income

  • Expenses

  • Assets

  • Individual Circumstances


*These things will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not an applicant is accepted into the lottery process. Final determination will be made through a majority vote of the Bundled Blessings Founders upon evaluation of the application.


Grant money may be applied towards:

  • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

  • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) 

  • Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET)

  • Adoption costs

  • Surrogacy costs


All grants will be awarded through a lottery process at the Bundled Blessings Fertility Foundation annual dinner auction in a blind draw in front of a live audience. Each plate purchased at the annual dinner auction awards the individual one ticket into the lottery process for themselves, or someone they know diagnosed with infertility and applying for a grant. There will be a $75.00 application fee for all individuals submitting an application for a grant.

Grant money will be directly distributed to the servicing agency of the individuals. No grants will be directly distributed to grant recipient(s) or private parties. If grant is being used for fertility services, treatment MUST be completed at a SART certified clinic.   All grant monies must be utilized to pay for services with in the United States and within twelve months from the date awarded. Any funds remaining at the end of the twelfth month will be deposited back into the grant pool to be award in the future to individuals diagnosed with infertility. 

  1. Review of your application by the board of directors for acceptance or denial into the lottery process to receive a grant.

  2. Two tickets to attend the Bundled Blessings Dinner Auction Event.

  3. If accepted, two tickets into the lottery process. 

1. Complete all required fields of the online application for a Bundled Blessings Fertility Grant. 


2. All applications will be reviewed by the Bundled Blessings Board of Directors within two weeks of arrival.


4. Once reviewed, the Bundled Blessings Board of Directors will send you an email stating acceptance or denial of your grant application into the lottery process.  


5. Once your application is accepted, it is time to start building your team! ​

  • Each individual that purchases a ticket to the dinner auction in support of you will award you one additional ticket into the lottery process! 


At least one grant applicant MUST attend the event in order to be able to recieve a grant.  Other team members are highly encouraged to attend, but are not required.  See ticket information for further details on ticket options.
